Based on the comments I have given people here who asked about my vacation...I gave rave reviews of the house... It was quiet (layout made it so...with bedrooms removed from living areas) Nice and comfortable furnishings throughout. Great Master suite Kids rooms small, and one without a dresser...but didn't impact us...and they just slept in them any ways. Kitchen (coming from a pretty experienced cook) was well appointed with utensils, pans, serving dishes, appliances...(TV in kitchen was a nice addition that we have at home as well) Best part of all was the backyard...so private, beautiful setting (fun to hike right from house)...with the nicest/ biggest private pool we have rented for a vacation home. Comfortable seating outside...in and out of the sun...music speakers outside, etc. As I said before, coming from a "regular" VRBO user...an excellent experience!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful house in Phoenix. The house was immaculate, well equipped and nicely decorated. The setting was very nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the desert (right outside the gate!). It was a truly relaxing week. Also, the business dealings were conducted in a most accommodating and trusting manner. Even with the mail problems on my end, you were helpful and prompt. The security deposit was also returned in a timely manner.

I must say our children could not get enough of the swimming pool and backyard at your Phoenix home! Thank you for a wonderful weeklong visit to the desert! As it happens, I grew up in the Tucson area, so felt like it was a real homecoming for me. We loved the easy access to freeways, shopping malls, and especially the spring training ballpark.
